Clean Energy Council (CEC) accreditation is a qualification that demonstrates an installer’s competence in design and installation of grid-connected solar PV systems.
Some CEC qualified installers also have an additional stand-alone solar system accreditation. At Green Energy Technologies, all of our CEC qualified installers have this additional accreditation, which further allows them to install battery storage systems.
The CEC has accredited more than 5000 installers of PV systems who are certified and trained to ensure your system meets industry best practice standards and all relevant Australian Standards.
If you’re dealing with a company displaying the Clean Energy Council Approved Retailer logo (as shown here), you can be fully assured you are dealing with the best of the best who follow the CEC Solar Retailer Code of Conduct.
We highly recommend you ensure your solar provider is not only CEC accredited, but has also made a commitment to the solar industry by signing on to the Code of Conduct. That way you will know that you are getting the best service & advice available.
